Between April 22 and May 10, 2024, the College of Hospitality and Tourism, Trang Campus, conducted a scuba diving course for veterinary students from Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, Nakhon Si Thammarat Campus. This initiative was led by Associate Professor Faphilai Thaveesinsopa, Director of the College of Hospitality and Tourism, who assigned Dr. Sunyaporn Sottrakul, a lecturer in the Tourism and Hospitality program, and Mr. Santiphap Thipsri, an academic and research officer, to conduct the course.
This scuba diving course resulted from collaboration between the two departments under Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya. The aim was to leverage the expertise of knowledgeable staff members to provide hands-on learning experiences for students. The course was designed to integrate the students’ previous experiences with new practical skills, thereby fostering an environment of comprehensive and applied learning.
