Asst. Prof. Fapilai Taweesinsopa, Director of College of Hospitality and Tourism was honored to
be a guest speaker on the topic of “Buddhist Art and Belief in Thai Arts” in Inthanin Room at
Krabi Technical College, Krabi province on September 5, 2024. In this event, the director mentioned about the significance of Buddhist art, which is deeply connected to the beliefs and culture of Thai people. She also elaborated on key aspects that reflect the beauty and belief systems embedded in the arts.
Furthermore, other notable attendees including Mrs. Siripunyakorn Charoenwiriyapap, Head of
Hotel and Tourism Department, Miss Amornrat Suthithammanon, a teacher in Hotel and Tourism
Department, and Miss Kaenchan Chumdee, a Public Relations Officer were participated in this
event. They were not only gained in-depth knowledge about Buddhist art but also awarded
certificates of recognition for attending the event.
