From December 23 to 24, 2024, the College of Hospitality and Tourism, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, organized a workshop on strategic plan adjustments at Long Kaeng Chom Dao Resort, Pa Phayom District, Phatthalung Province. The seminar aimed to review and refine the college’s development strategy, present the annual performance report, and disseminate the university’s medium-term strategic development plan for 2023–2027 focusing on the 2025 fiscal year.
This seminar sought to enhance understanding among staff about the strategic direction, enabling effective alignment of departmental operations with the university’s development plan. The session was led by Asst. Prof. Fapilai Thaveesinsopa, director of the College of Hospitality and Tourism
On this occasion, Ms. Wanpen Jittapong, Director of the Policy and Planning Division also attended the seminar. Her valuable suggestions contributed to advancing performance indicators and ensuring the college achieves its goals effectively.
