Online Co-operative Education Seminar Prepares Business Innovators of Tomorrow
On Friday, April 11, 2025, the College of Hospitality and Tourism, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, Trang Campus, hosted an inspiring Online Co-operative Education Seminar on Innovation Management. The event brought together faculty members and students from the Management and Business Development Program for an engaging exchange of ideas and reflections.
The seminar marked the culmination of a successful co-operative education placement during the second semester of the academic year 2024, where 14 students were placed at leading hotels across Trang, Koh Lanta, Ao Nang in Krabi, and Phuket. The work placement ran from December 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025, offering students valuable hands-on experience in real business environments.
The highlight of the event was the students’ reflective presentations, where they shared key insights and innovative solutions they encountered during their internships. These stories not only showcased the students’ growth but also sparked a forward-thinking mindset that is vital in today’s competitive business world.
