From 22–28 April 2025, lecturers from the Bachelor of Business Administration (Management and Business Development), College of Hospitality and Tourism, RMUTSV—Ms. Kanlayanee Yutthakarn and Dr. Jatuporn Hokta—visited 52 students interning at 32 7-Eleven branches across Bangkok and Samut Prakan. The visits were warm, supportive, and inspiring. As part of the Work-integrated Learning (WIL) course, students applied classroom knowledge to real retail environments—demonstrating strong adaptability in customer service, store operations, and retail technology. This internship highlights the success of WIL in bridging academic learning with essential life and workplace skills, under close mentorship from university lecturers and 7-Eleven supervisors—empowering students to become the next generation of agile business professionals.
“Classroom learning is important—but learning from real life is even more vital.”
