Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS), through its Andaman Southern Workforce Development Center, is actively advancing the project “From Crisis to Adaptation: Advancing High-Quality Marine Tourism in the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman through a Learning Ecosystem and Innovation.” As part of this initiative, a video-based course titled “Branding Designer Curriculum” has been developed and delivered through the RUTS MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) platform.

The course filming took place from May 23 to 31, 2025, at the Live Studio Room, College of Hospitality and Tourism, RUTS Trang Campus. The production was led by the Business Administration Department under the supervision of Dr. Siriwan Kingrat, Chair of the Branding Designer Curriculum Development Committee, in collaboration with five expert faculty members. The team brings a wealth of experience to the course, aiming to deliver comprehensive knowledge on brand design from a creative perspective and enhance professional skills aligned with current labor market demands.

This initiative aims to systematically disseminate knowledge in brand design through an innovative and creative learning format, utilizing digital technologies as educational tools. It seeks to enhance professional competencies that respond to modern employment needs, while also improving the competitiveness of the tourism and service workforce in the Andaman and Gulf of Thailand regions.

The project serves as a key mechanism in enhancing the capacity of tourism personnel in Southern Thailand, offering accessible, flexible learning anytime and anywhere. The course will be available to the public nationwide through the RUTS MOOC platform, underscoring the university’s strong commitment to driving educational innovation for the benefit of society.
