Enhancing Competitive Strategy Capacity of Community Enterprises at the Sufficiency Economy Learning and Rehabilitation Center

On July 25, 2025, the College of Hospitality and Tourism, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (Trang Campus), organized an academic service project titled “Enhancing Competitive Strategy Capacity of Community Enterprises at the Sufficiency Economy Learning and Rehabilitation Center.” The event was held at the Community Enterprise Sufficiency Economy Learning and Rehabilitation Center in Mai Fat Subdistrict, Sikao District, Trang Province.

The project was led by Asst. Prof. Rarin Kruaworaphan and Dr. Chayanun  Klawplod, lecturers in the Business Administration program. The activities were conducted in the form of a practical training workshop, focusing on building knowledge in business model analysis using the Business Model Canvas (BMC), developing competitive marketing strategies, and providing essential knowledge on accounting and taxation for community enterprises and local entrepreneurs.
