From Classroom to Real World! WIL at 7-Eleven Boosts Future Business Skills

From 4–7 August 2025, lecturers from the Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Business Development (MBD), College of Hospitality and Tourism, RMUTSV—Asst. Prof. Nuchanat Tupkrut, Dr. Chayanat Khaoplod, Dr. Jatuporn Hokta, and Ms. Kittima Hemjinda—visited 67 students interning at 29 branches of 7-Eleven across Bangkok and Samut Prakan.
The visits were warm, friendly, and filled with encouragement. As part of the Work-integrated Learning (WIL) modules—Modern Trade Business Management 1, 3, 5, and 7—students are learning in the fast-paced environment of modern retail, applying classroom knowledge directly to real-world practice.
Students have shown excellent adaptability, excelling in customer service, store management, and the use of retail technology. This internship not only sharpens professional skills but also builds essential life skills—preparing them for the realities of the business world.
✨ Because we believe “Classroom learning is important—but learning from real life is even more vital,” our students are on their way to becoming the next generation of business leaders—ready to embrace every challenge ahead.
