On November 13, 2025, the College of Hospitality and Tourism, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS), Trang Campus, held the activity “Strategy Development toward Active Strategic Planning” at Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya, Chonburi. The event was attended by the administrative team, lecturers, and staff of the college.
The activity aimed to review and improve the college’s strategic plan to ensure alignment with the strategic development plan of RUTS and the dynamics of the educational situation. It also promoted participation at all levels of staff in active planning with the goals of driving the college to become a leading educational institution in hospitality and tourism at the regional level.
The activities included workshops and group discussions that allowed participants to review development directions and operational plans for the future.
The outcomes of this strategic plan review will serve as important guidelines for shaping the college’s operational plans and development projects in the upcoming fiscal year, ensuring efficient and sustainable operations in accordance with the strategy of RUTS.
