On 20 February 2026, the College of Hospitality and Tourism, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, Trang Campus, organized a short course entitled “Unlocking Marketing with AI: Enhancing Marketing Performance through Intelligent Tools.” The program aimed to advance knowledge and strengthen competencies in digital marketing alongside the effective application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. The training was offered to interested participants, including school students, university students, entrepreneurs, and members of the general public seeking to enhance their marketing capabilities in the digital era.
Assistant Professor Fapilai Taweesinsopha, Director of the College of Hospitality and Tourism, assigned Lecturer Hatsachaipakorn Panma as the project coordinator and responsible organizer of the program.
The course was delivered by Lecturer Hatsachaipakorn Panma, a specialist in marketing and Generative AI, who provided both theoretical insights and practical guidance. The training content encompassed fundamental principles of digital marketing and AI applications; techniques for crafting marketing posts, articles, and video scripts using AI tools; the creation of graphic images and videos through intelligent technologies; and systematic content planning and marketing analytics. The program was designed to enable participants to apply acquired knowledge effectively within professional and entrepreneurial contexts.
The course was particularly suitable for content creators, online business entrepreneurs, beginners without prior experience, and individuals seeking to optimize AI utilization in marketing practices. The training was conducted online via the Zoom platform to ensure accessibility and broad participation.
This initiative reflects the College’s strong commitment to developing a workforce equipped with competencies aligned with technological advancements and labor market demands in the digital economy, thereby fostering sustainable professional growth.
