From 5–6 March 2026, the Administrative and Planning Division of the College of Hospitality and Tourism, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RMUTSV), Trang Campus, organized a knowledge-sharing project entitled “Electronic Document Management for Financial Administration.” The event was held at the Seagrass Meeting Room, Office of the Director, College of Hospitality and Tourism.
Associate Professor Fapilai Taweesinsopha, Director of the College of Hospitality and Tourism, RUTS Trang Campus, presided over the opening ceremony. The project was attended by faculty members and staff of the college, who actively participated in the training sessions.
The program was honored by distinguished speakers from the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology, RUTS, including Ms. Tipwan Phutthawiro, Head of the General Administration Unit; Ms. Chantima Janchampa, General Administration Officer; Ms. Alipriya Rakkhlai, General Administration Officer; and Mr. Phanuwat Noonkhong, Professional Computer Technical Officer. The speakers delivered lectures, shared practical knowledge, and facilitated discussions on operational experiences related to electronic document management. The project was coordinated under the supervision of Ms. Nattnaree Saengsen, Head of the Administrative and Planning Division, and Ms. Raviwan Khongkaew, Head of the Records and Correspondence Unit.
The training focused on procedures and operational processes for preparing financial documents through the electronic system. Key topics included official travel authorization requests, financial advances and reimbursements, and research-related financial procedures. The program combined both lecture-based instruction and hands-on practice to strengthen participants’ knowledge, understanding, and operational efficiency.
This project represents an important mechanism for enhancing the professional capacity of personnel at the College of Hospitality and Tourism. It contributes to improving the standards of document administration to ensure accuracy, transparency, and alignment with the university’s strategic direction toward effective and sustainable digital transformation.
