On March 30, 2026, at Trick or Treat Cafe & Bar, the College of Hospitality and Tourism, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS), Trang Campus, hosted the “Bartender Beverage Mixing Course” training program. The program aimed to develop participants’ service and mixing beverage skills, equipping them with knowledge, abilities, and practical skills aligned with the demands of the industry.
On this occasion, Assistant Professor Fapilai Taweesinsopa, Director of the College of Hospitality and Tourism, assigned Assistant Professor Rarin Khuawaraphan, Chair of the Bachelor of Accounting Program, to open the ceremony and lead the project by delivering the opening remarks. Dr. Chamaporn Meechana also participated in organizing the activity.
Furthermore, participants learned theories and practiced important bartending techniques, including muddling, stirring, shaking, and beverage mixing. The training also included proper use of bartending equipment, mixing techniques, and workshops, in which participants created their own drinks.
The program was honored by Mr. Thanapon Jindamanee as a guest speaker. Assistant Professor Dr. Tammachak Lakbanchong, Assistant Professor Rarin Khuawaraphan, and Dr. Chamaporn Meechana as lecturers, sharing their lectures and experiences with participants.
The training highlighted the development of professional skills through practice, aiming to boost participants’ potential so they can apply their knowledge efficiently and meet the growing demand for qualified professionals in the tourism and hospitality industry.
