On February 27, 2025, Khuan Kun Municipality organized the\u00a0\u201cProject to Enhance the Value of Dok Jok Snack Production to Improve the Competitiveness of Community\u00a0Enterprises.\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0The event was inaugurated by\u00a0Mr. Sawat Anteng, Mayor of Khuan Kun Municipality,\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Mr. Suthon Khoynueang, Director of the Khuan Kun Municipal Elderly School and President\u00a0of the Elderly Club of Khuan Kun Municipality,<\/strong>\u00a0who attended to encourage the project participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event featured Ms. Yanee Tangkum, a culinary specialist,<\/strong> who shared techniques and strategies to develop Dok Jok snacks<\/strong> <\/strong>with unique characteristics that stand out in the market. Miss Amornrat Sutthithamanon and Dr. Chamaporn Meechana from the College of Hospitality and Tourism were responsible for the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This project aimed to promote career opportunities for the elderly in the community while improving production standards and enhancing the competitiveness of community enterprises. The goal is to establish Dok Jok snacks as a signature product that generates sustainable income for the local community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
