Management and Business Development Program Joins the 1st “MIND WAY” 2026 to Develop Students’ Potential and Inspire Success

On July 10, 2026, Assistant Professor Fapilai Taweesinsopa, Director of the College of Hospitality and Tourism (CHT) at Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS), Trang Campus, assigned Ajarn Kanlayanee Yutthakarn to participate in the 1st “MIND WAY” 2026 and lead first-year students from the Management and Business Development Program (Student ID 69, Group A) to attend the event. The activity was held at Convention Halls 1-5, Panyapiwat Institute of Management on Chaengwattana Road, Bangkok.

The “MIND WAY” activity aims to develop the potential of scholarship students, preparing them to become qualified manpower. The program encourages students to develop self understanding in terms of lifestyle, academics, and career preparation through a variety of activities and learning processes. These activities boost critical thinking, set life goals, and support necessary work skills in the future, including professionalism, teamwork, communication, and resilience.

Additionally, students had the opportunity to get to know each other, exchange experiences, and connect with other scholarship students from various institutions. These activities broadened perspectives and encouraged self-development, strengthening them to become quality graduates with professionalism who are ready for their future career paths confidently. This participation reflects the commitment of the CHT to promoting experiential learning for students, alongside the development of life and professional skills, to produce knowledgeable and capable graduates ready to meet the demands of current business sectors.
