On August 3 – 9, 2026, Lecturer of the Management and Business Development (MBD) Program, College of Hospitality and Tourism (CHT), Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS), Trang Campus, conducted on-site internship supervision at CP ALL Public Company Limited across the areas of Lat Krabang, Bang Na, and Bang Bo in Samut Prakan Province and Bangkok, as well as for student’s internship in Krabi Province on July 27, 2026. The objective was to monitor, evaluate, and provide guidance for students during their internship while fostering readiness for a professional career.
This supervision covered 82 students from Plan A in Years 1-4 from the MBD program who attended the Semester 1 internship of Academic Year 2026. The program aims to help students apply classroom knowledge to workplace operations, learn organizational workflows, and develop important career skills.
On this occasion, Assistant Professor Fapilai Taweesinsopa, Director of CHT, assigned Asst. Prof. Nutchanat Tupkrut, Head of the MBD Program, alongside Dr. Chayanun Khaoplod and Ajarn Hussachaipakorn Panmato to conduct the supervision. The lecturer team met with students and tracked their internship progress, provided operational advice, and listened to feedback and comments from both students and host companies to improve learning management and internship efficiency in the future.
The internships are a key component of management learning in the MBD Program, providing students with exposure to working environments. Students develop professional competencies, communication skills, teamwork abilities, problem-solving skills, and an understanding of organizational culture. These are critical factors for success in the business sector.
The MBD supervision serves as a bridge connecting classroom learning to experience, ensuring students are mentored and supported to reach their potential as practical graduates equipped with professional skills that meet future labor market demands.
