July 12, 2018 The Student Club, Division of Student Development Affairs, College of Hospitality and Tourism, made a project to preserve arts and culture and local wisdom. Activity 1 "CHT Wax Candle Festival " at the Cultural Hall, RUTS Trang Campus A Wax Candle Festival took place at the College of Hospitality and Tourism in order to encourage their students and staff to have awareness of the value of art and local culture and wisdom, the importance of Buddhism, as well as to create unity in the university by doing activities together. There was be merit-making activities in the morning, a wax candle festival with beautifully made candles. These candles were taken to local temples, Mai Fat Temple , Sikao Temple and Khao Mai Kaew Temple , on July 18, 2018, on Buddhist Lent Day.
