College of Hospitality and Tourism, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, Trang Campus organized a workshop on “Healthy Food Entrepreneurs” on July 11-12, 2024. as part of the project “From Crisis to Adaptation: Developing High-Quality Marine Tourism in the Gulf of Thailand-Andaman through Learning Ecosystem Development, Modern Management, Technology, and Innovation.”
The opening ceremony was honored by Mr. Tuck Siriwan, Vice President of the Krabi Provincial Tourism Industry Council, Mr. Sawat Anteng, Mayor of Khuankhun Municipality, and Mr. Suthon Khoinung, Director of Khuan Kun Municipality Elderly School and President of Khuan Kun Municipality Elderly Club, to encourage the participants. Special guest speaker Ms. Yanee Tangkhum, an expert in healthy food, shared her knowledge and experience with the participants. The project was supervised by Miss Amornrat Sutthithamanon and Miss Siripoonyakorn Charoenwiriyaphap. The activity aimed to promote and develop local entrepreneurs with knowledge and skills in producing quality and safe healthy food for consumers.
